Not at all! Our pop-up spin classes are open to all levels, including complete beginners. You’re always encouraged to ride at your own pace and take breaks as needed.

Yes — all bikes are provided. We’ll also help you set up your bike properly before class to ensure a comfortable and safe ride.

Comfortable workout clothes Running shoes or cycling shoes (SPD clips) A water bottle A towel Sunscreen or a hat (for outdoor classes)

Classes are approximately 50 minutes, including a short warm-up and cool-down.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class to check in and allow time for bike setup. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has started.

Classes run rain or shine, unless conditions are unsafe (heavy rain, strong winds, or extreme weather). If a class is cancelled, you’ll be notified by email and issued a credit or refund.

Our bikes accommodate a wide range of riders. If you have specific concerns, feel free to reach out before booking and we’ll be happy to help.

Please consult your healthcare provider before participating. Let the instructor know before class so modifications can be suggested.

Absolutely! Pop-ups are designed to be social and community-driven — riding with friends is encouraged.

All classes must be booked in advance through our Flow Spin Studio App. Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed due to limited bike availability.
