• All classes must be booked in advance through the Flow Spin Studio App.

• Class spots are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Waitlists are automatically managed—you may be added to a class if a spot becomes available.

• Classes must be cancelled at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

• To cancel, go to your upcoming reservations in the Flow Spin Studio App and select “Cancel Reservation.”

• Late cancellations (within 8 hours) will incur a $20 fee in memberships or loss of credit.

• No-shows will result in a loss of class credit or a fee, depending on your booking type.

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

• Payment is required prior to booking any class.

• Memberships may be subject to automatic renewal, as agreed to at the time of purchase.

• Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of booking privileges.

• All sales of memberships and class packs are final and non-refundable.

• Exceptions may be made in cases of injury, at Flow’s sole discretion and with appropriate documentation.

• Clients must arrive at least 5 minutes before class start time.

• If you are not checked in prior to class, your spot may be released to a waitlisted client.

• Late entry is not permitted due to safety reasons.

• No refunds or credits will be provided for missed classes due to late arrival.

• Participation in spin classes is physically demanding and involves inherent risks.

• By attending classes, you confirm that you are physically able to participate.

• You should consult a physician prior to beginning any new fitness program if you have concerns.

• Clients must inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to class.

• You agree to follow all instructor guidance and studio safety protocols.

• All clients are required to sign a liability waiver prior to participating in any class.

• This waiver will be provided digitally through the Flow Spin Studio App during registration.

• Participation in classes is conditional upon acceptance of this waiver.

• Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner at all times.

• Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

• Flow reserves the right to refuse service or remove any client who violates studio rules.

• Flow Spin Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

• Please store belongings securely in designated areas.

• From time to time, photos or videos may be taken in the studio for marketing purposes.

• By attending classes, you consent to the use of your image unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

• All content, branding, logos, and materials associated with Flow Spin Studio are the intellectual property of Flow.

• Clients may not record, reproduce, or distribute classes or content without prior written consent.

• Flow reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, change instructors, or modify schedules as needed.

• We are not liable for any inconvenience or costs associated with such changes.

Flow Spin Studio may suspend or terminate your account or access to services at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms

• Non-payment

• Inappropriate conduct

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.

• Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
